Terms of Use

1 · The service

Moto Mesh Pro provides group navigation, live position sharing and voice intercom for motorcycle groups, operated by N2IT ApS, Denmark, and self-hosted within the EU.

2 · Ride safely · this comes first

Moto Mesh Pro is a riding aid, not a substitute for your judgement. Comply with all traffic laws, including rules on handheld device use while riding. Mount your phone securely, configure the app before you set off, and never operate the screen in motion. Navigation guidance, speed-limit data and camera warnings come from open data on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong · road signs always take precedence.

3 · Emergency features

SOS and fall detection help you compose an emergency message from your own phone. They depend on your device, coverage and configuration and are not a monitored emergency service. Always call the local emergency number when in danger.

4 · Your account and keys

Group keys and invite links grant access to your group’s live positions and voice channel. Keep them private. You are responsible for whom you invite. We may revoke abused access.

5 · Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, to record others without consent, to break the law, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Voice and video are relayed live and never recorded by us; any recording you make yourself is your responsibility under applicable law.

6 · Your content

Routes and ride data you save remain yours. Sharing a route to the community grants other eligible members the right to view and ride it. You can delete your shared content at any time.

7 · Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at purchase. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid plan only if you choose one; nothing charges automatically at the end of a trial. Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, with effect from the end of the current paid period; the plan stays active until then. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change before it applies to you. Community features require an active paid plan.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Where you ask us to start a paid service immediately and acknowledge it at checkout, this right may end once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8 · Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we process and your rights, including export and deletion, and lists our processors such as Stripe for payments. It forms part of these terms.

9 · Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Danish law, N2IT ApS is not liable for indirect losses, missed turns, route quality, data inaccuracies or outages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

10 · Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before taking effect, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11 · Governing law

Danish law applies; venue is the courts of Denmark. Consumers retain any mandatory rights of their home jurisdiction.
